Good Foods would like to invite you to an all bacon dinner, yes all bacon. We will be serving six courses of our house-made bacon goodness. This is the first in a series of bacon dinners this year, each focusing on the seasonal variations which sharpen the flavor of our bacon. We are also happy to be featuring products from local street food vendors for this dinner:   Slow Jams, Sour Flour Bread and Bills WYD Bacon potato chips.  

First

- Micro Bacon Griddled Cheese Sando With a “Bacon-flour Min Soup” and Bill’s WYD Bacon Potato Chips

Second

- Salad of Grilled Romaine, Good Foods House-Made Bacon, Avocados, Shaved Cheese and Herb Sherry Dressing 

Third

- Seared Smoked Pork Belly and Clams with Chickpeas, Wild Arugula, and Bacon Dust  

Fourth

- Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder with Long Cooked Bacon-Greens with Bacon Jus

Fifth

Cornmeal and Bacon Waffle with Bourbon Ice Cream
